Apollo Tyres recently held the seventh edition of its Global Partners’ Summit, bringing together industry leaders and innovators to discuss growth and sustainability. With sessions dedicated to business strategy, product roadmaps, and manufacturing excellence, the event focused on strategic alignment and shared ambitions.
A key highlight of the summit involved partners visiting Apollo Tyres‘ manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh, India, where participants witnessed firsthand the technology utilised by the company to drive its growth.
The event also featured a CEO panel discussion titled ‘Doing Business in Uncertain Times’ and a sustainability panel focused on manufacturing operations. During the segment, leaders shared perspectives on evolving responsibilities, including decarbonisation, ethical sourcing, digital transformation, and the creation of resilient supply networks.
The summit concluded with an awards ceremony to recognise partners for their performance and innovation. The Apollo Tyres‘ Champion Awards were presented to Debasish Ghosh (PCBL Chemical Ltd), Lilesh Padhyar (Bekaert Industries), Neeraj Handa (HS Hyosung Vietnam Co), Pramod Kumar (SI Group India), Santipada Bhunia (Madura Industrial Textiles), and Shi Ching Chien (Tong Thai Rubber Group).
Meanwhile, the Apollo Tyres’ Gold Partner Awards were distributed to Birla Carbon India Pvt Ltd, BST Eneos Elastomer Co Ltd, Indian Synthetic Rubber Pvt Ltd, Jiangsu Xingda Steel Tyre Cord Ltd, Kumho Petrochemical, and OCCL Limited.
