Apollo Tyres Announces Apollo Global Partner Awards Winners
Team Apollo Tyres connected virtually with over 500 external partners from nearly 165 global organisations from India, Europe, US and Asia regions.
The highlight of Apollo Tyres’ Global Partners’ Summit 2020 was the CEO Round Table discussion, where-in the top 10 global leaders, participating in the summit, shared their diverse experiences of coping with the challenges thrown by the Covid-19 pandemic for business continuity, and how they have been re-engineering their businesses to keep it sailing high.
Team Apollo Tyres, led by Chairman, Onkar S Kanwar, and Vice Chairman and MD, Neeraj Kanwar briefed the raw material suppliers on the company’s business plans and key developments in the recent past. An R&D session delved deep into the global impact on raw materials due to the changing customer and regulatory requirements across geographies and different product categories.
At the conclusion of the summit, Apollo Tyres announced the winners of the prestigious Apollo Global Partner Awards in the three categories — the Apollo Emerging Partner Award, Apollo Gold Partner Awards and Apollo Pillar Award.
Madura Industries, India and Rajsha Chemicals, India bagged the Apollo Emerging Partner awards, while Apollo Gold Partner award for Quality Champion was received by Synthos, Poland. Apollo Gold Partner Award in Supply Chain Excellence category was given to Kordsha, Turkey, while Tech Bee Hang, Thailand walked away with Apollo Gold Partner award for Innovation and Development. Hevea Global, Indonesia won the Apollo Gold Partner Award for Sustainability, and Madhu Silica, India was awarded the Apollo Gold Partner award for Service Excellence. Nocil, India was a clear choice for Apollo Pillar Award basis the long-term business association between the companies.
