Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City 2026 will take place from June 18 to 20, 2026, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, with the event set to highlight Vietnam’s rapid emergence as the fastest-growing electric vehicle market in ASEAN.

Vietnam’s total vehicle sales rose 18 per cent year-on-year in 2025, outpacing most regional markets, while new energy vehicle sales surged 84 per cent. Currently, NEVs account for a third of all vehicles sold in the country, one of the highest proportions in Southeast Asia. The overall value of parts and accessories imported into Vietnam reached $2.89 billion, underscoring significant growth potential in a market where only around 20 per cent of components are manufactured domestically.

Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City 2026 will occupy halls A1, A2, and B1 of the venue, covering the full automotive supply chain from original equipment to the aftermarket. Product categories on display will include parts and components, accessories and customising, body and paint, diagnostics and repair, oils, lubricants and fuels, and car wash, care, and detailing for passenger vehicles, commercial fleets, and motorcycles.

A dedicated Automotive Mobility Solutions Zone will highlight developments in areas including AI, robotics, battery technologies, autonomous driving, cybersecurity, electrification, and sustainability. Meanwhile, a conference will bring together industry experts to discuss smart mobility investment, advanced manufacturing, renewable energy trends, digital transformation, and supply chain innovation.

Returning features of the exhibition include the Collision Repair Training Workshop, focusing on practical skills for both ICE and electric vehicle repair, and a new Automotive Service Marketplace offering hands-on experience of car care and maintenance solutions.

“Over the years, Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City has served as a vital bridge for business collaboration and communication between international and local industry players. This success is fuelled by the strong global network that has been cultivated through Automechanika’s international events, attracting more than 23,000 exhibitors and over 690,000 visitors from across the world. I look forward to the 2026 edition continuing to impact innovation and industry advancement,” said Fiona Chiew, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, the organiser of Automechanika Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, and Shanghai.

The 2025 edition of Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City attracted 17,075 visitors from 48 countries and regions, with participants including BYD, Hyundai, VinFast, Grab, and Lazada.
