Automechanika Shanghai 2025 will host 7,000+ exhibitors from November 26–29, showcasing global innovations from automakers, suppliers, and NEV leaders.
Automechanika Shanghai 2025 the Focal Point for the Global Industry
Over 7,000 exhibitors are scheduled to showcase their latest innovations at the Automechanika Shanghai 2025, held from November 26 to 29, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China.
The exhibition, covering 383,000 square metres, will feature both established automakers and emerging players across the entire automotive value chain. Organisers said the surge in participation underscores the trade fair’s role as a marketplace for strategic partnership and global expansion.
“Automechanika Shanghai showcases the latest technologies and innovations, making it a focal point for the global industry,” said Fiona Chiew, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. “The event has increasingly become a pivotal international platform that consolidates industry resources and, in turn, promotes strategic collaboration from vehicle manufacturing to the aftermarket.”
Major Manufacturers with Emerging Players
Major conglomerate manufacturers, including Changan, SAIC, and Stellantis, will be present at the Automechanika Shanghai 2025 alongside newcomers, such as Chery Holding, GAC Aion, Li Auto, Guangxi Auto, DDAC, Dongfeng Wheel, FAW Foundt & Forging, TSINTEL Automotive Technology, and Yuchai Parts. Exhibits will range from assisted driving technologies and charging infrastructure to hydrogen and methanol engines,

From Parts & Components to Accessories & Customising
International suppliers, such as FFT (Germany), Garrett (Switzerland), and Miba (Austria), are set to join Bosch, Continental, ZF, Mahle, and others to highlight innovations in Parts & Components. They will be joined by Aisin, Astemo, Bilstein, Bosch, Continental, FAWER, Henglong Group, Mahle, Nidec, Qingshan Industry, SDS, Tianrun, ZF and Zhongding Group.
Over 30 companies in the New Energy & Connectivity sector, including ATTC, CalmCar, EVPT, and HighStar Na+, will make their debuts at the Automechanika Shanghai 2025. Meanwhile, Carlinx Tech, Sanhua Automotive, and SemiDrive are set to return with semiconductor and assisted driving technologies.
The commercial vehicle segment reflects China’s growing market, where sales of new energy heavy-duty trucks rose 191 per cent year-on-year between January and July 2025. Brands like DDAC (with electric drive axle assembly), Tsintel Automotive Technology (with level 3 & 4 assisted driving solutions and Electronic Braking Systems (EBS) for speciality vehicles), and Chilwee and Tianneng (with lithium-ion battery solutions for parked vehicle applications) will showcase electric drive axles, braking systems, and lithium-ion battery solutions.
Aftermarket sectors will also feature prominently at the Automechanika Shanghai 2025. Tyres & Wheels exhibitors will present lightweight and sustainable designs, with Dongfeng Wheel (20-inch semi-solid injection moulded magnesium alloy hubs), Tanfei (carbon fibre reinforced hubs), and Wheelegend (flow-formed wheel hubs), introducing new hub technologies. Other exhibitors include Hongxin Technology, JC Forged, JG Wheel, POMLEAD, Sanli Tire, Shunfuchang, Sunrise Wheel, Winda Boto, Zhentai Group, and Zxwheel.
Diagnostics & Repair will spotlight NEV-focused solutions from Cosber (safety inspection solutions for electrical systems), FCAR (new energy diagnostic devices for commercial & passenger vehicles), Henkel (adhesive sealants & coatings for battery systems), and Tech (NEV tyre repair products and cloud-based tyre pressure sensors). Other participants include Autel, Besita, Baozhongbao, BIG RED, Bright, Dali, EAE, Eagle-Fly, GAOCHANG, GUANGLI, Launch, Nanhua, SINO-ITALIAN TAIDA, SUNSHINE, and UNITE.
Lastly, Accessories & Customising will include products from Huntsman (fuel additive components), Reflek (restorative paint protection films), and 3M (car beauty, cleaning, collision repair, and EV solutions). ABT, Astrace, CARKU, Chief, CMST, Lopal, Shuangxing, and UPPF will complete the line-up in this sector.
