BKT Europe has reorganised its Global OEM Sales division, with all regions now reporting to MD Lucia Salmaso following Ludovic Revel’s departure.
All Regions Now Report to Managing Director Lucia Salmaso
BKT Europe announced on November 24, 2025, that there had been an organisational change within the Global OEM Sales division.
Under the new structure, all regions under the division’s jurisdiction will report directly to Lucia Salmaso, Managing Director of BKT Europe.
The goal, according to BKT‘s official statement, is to simplify decision-making flows and streamline commercial governance.
This restructuring also affected Ludovic Revel, whose position as the President of Global OEM Sales had been removed, following his departure on November 24.
“The company thanks Mr Revel for the professional contribution provided during his tenure and wishes him the very best in his future projects,” BKT wrote.
