TyreXpo Asia 2025 in Singapore once again proved to be a key meeting point for tyre industry professionals worldwide.

Eldan Recycling Targets Asia’s Tyre Waste Challenge

Among the exhibitors was Eldan Recycling, one of two European companies focused on tyre recycling. Eldan Recycling showcased its solutions for handling end-of-life tyres and broader recycling technologies.

Eldan Recycling’s presence underscored its commitment to engaging with new markets, particularly in Asia where tyre disposal and recycling remain significant challenges. While the majority of attendees at TyreXpo Asia were tyre retailers, many explained the struggle with efficient tyre disposal solutions. Eldan Recycling was present to educate these businesses and local distributors on the benefits of investing in recycling equipment that allows them to process tyres in-house rather than rely on costly external disposal methods.

With a strong visitor presence from countries such as Australia, Indonesia and Thailand, Eldan Recycling sees great potential in these markets. Speaking about the company’s strategy, Carsten Neilsen, Area Sales Manager for North America and South East Pacific, stated: “We are here to raise awareness. Even if we don’t sell directly at the exhibition, it’s about making an impression. When people remember us, that’s a success in itself……”
