New Shresth Plus Tyre Unveiled for High Horsepower Tractors

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. (JK Tyre) has launched its all-new premium farm tyre, the Shresth Plus, in Hisar. The tyre was unveiled by Shri Subhash Barala, Member of Rajyasabha, Parliament of India, in the presence of JK Tyre‘s Director of Sales and Marketing, Srinivasu Allaphan, during the Krishi Darshan Expo 2026.

The launch of the Shresth Plus, according to JK Tyre, reinforces its commitment to advancing innovation for modern agricultural applications, especially as the Indian agriculture sector embraces mechanisation and higher horsepower tractors.

“Premiumisation is at the core of our business strategy. We are focused on bringing advanced, high-performance solutions to the farm segment. Shresth Plus reflects this direction, combining superior traction, durability, and stability to meet the evolving needs of modern farming. The product has been designed to help farmers and fleet operators achieve better efficiency, reliability, and consistent performance across varied agricultural applications,” explained Allaphan.

The Shresth Plus is engineered to meet the demands of modern farming, where higher horsepower tractors, longer working hours, and varied soil conditions demand tyres that deliver consistent and reliable performance. Its high Non-Skid Depth (NSD), broader lug design, and optimised land distribution provide stronger traction, longer mileage, and improved roadability.

The tyre also features an angular lug pattern and a tie bar between lugs that enhance stability and reduce tread movement in tough field conditions. In addition, the Eagle Eye design, strong nylon body, and improved buttress ensure better protection, higher load-carrying capacity, and greater resistance to sidewall damage.

During the expo, held from February 14 to 16, 2026, JK Tyre showcased its entire farm range, from tractor tyres to tyres for special applications. The company said that its presence at the expo strengthened its position in the country’s agricultural segment.
