The Hankook Technodome, tyre maker’s state-of-the-art research and development centre has been honoured as one of the most exemplary laboratories in the field of safety management. The Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Korea only awards this title to laboratories that have been assessed by renowned experts under strict scientific criteria. Hankook is the first tyre maker receiving this certificate in Korea. 

Hankook is again featured in the world-renowned Dow Jones Sustainability Index World. The DJSI World recognises Hankook’s sustainability management commitment, especially in the areas of Social Contribution and Supply Chain Management. Hankook has been included in the DJSI World since 2016, and is the only Asian company in the automotive supply industry to have been recognised in 2020. 

Nokian Tyres has been included in the Dow Jones’ DJSI World sustainability index for the fourth consecutive year. The company was also selected for the more strictly defined DJSI Europe index.   

To help the needy, the Johor State Tyre Dealers Association (JSTDA) has decided to organise a JSTDA Charity Drive 2020.

Hankook Tire has received gold at the 2020 Galaxy Awards for its CSR Report 2019-20.

Apollo Tyres joined the Corporate TB Pledge (CTP) in 2018 and since then has rolled out the TB intervention programme at 12 locations across the country.
