Toyo tyre dealers from around Peninsular Malaysia recently attended a series of product training sessions held by Toyo Tyre Sales and Marketing Malaysia as part of the company’s annual initiative to update its dealers’ product knowledge.
The sessions, held in various locations throughout the country, saw active participation from dealers who were eager to keep abreast of the latest Toyo product updates. Toyo representatives were on hand to brief the dealers on the company’s latest offerings such as the Proxes CF2, Proxes CF2 SUV and Proxes ST 3 tyres, the features and benefits to consumers. It was also an opportunity for them to refresh their knowledge on Toyo Tires’ technology applicable to its current range of products.
The information gleaned from the product training sessions is expected to be put to good use by the dealers as they could offer more precise tyre recommendations that would meet customers’ exacting requirements, and meet Toyo’s ‘ultimate objective’ of ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
