Hankook Technodome Acquires ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation

Hankook Tire recently acquired the ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation for their R&D centre named the Hankook Technodome.

Hankook Tire’s recently opened R&D Center, Hankook Technodome, has acquired ‘ISO/IEC 17025’ from A2LA(American Association for Laboratory Accreditation), acknowledged with the company’s own testing system.

‘ISO/IEC 17025’ is an international standard for laboratories or accreditation organisations that have been recognized by the International Standard Organization. Hankook Tire has now officially been recognised for its methodical test management system and established its own testing system at a global top-tier level.

Furthermore, Hankook Tire is striving to gain global recognition and product reliability by securing a globally credible testing laboratory. With the increasing competitiveness, the company is planning to expand the Original Equipment Tyre Business.
