Cement Quarry in Malaysia Running with Magna MA04+

An operator dedicated to the production and processing of construction materials has selected Magna Tyres to provide their heavy duty machinery with 24.00R35 MA04+ tyres.

Magna MA04+ Running in Malaysia

To date, a large part of their fleet is equipped with tyres and will be deployed for the transport of raw materials in a cement quarry in Malaysia.

The next batch of tyres is already prepared and mounted on rim to be equipped on their other Rigid dump trucks. Due to the severe road conditions including the risk of damage from sharp rocks and other objects, the special Cut Resistant compound has been selected by Magna Tyres specialists to fit the specific application and resist the aggressive environment.

The first feedback of this customer regarding the performance of the products has been promising and it is expected that these Magna’s will surpass the performance of previous used A-Brand tyres.

Magna MA04+

Magna MA04+ is designed and constructed based on the latest Magna Radial Tyre Technology. The casing reduces heat building inside the tyre which results in lower fuel consumption. Higher efficiency, optimized operator comfort and prolonged service life. Additionally, the tyre offers puncture resistance compared to less-durable cross-ply tyres, leading to a low cost price per hour.
