Apollo Tyres Malaysia Organises Taiping Tyre Training and Swee Seng Seminar
Apollo Tyres Malaysia continues to invest in seminars and on the training of its dealers, with an aim to equip them with up-to-date product knowledge and information on market trends, as well as soft and technical skills. The company believes that investing in dealership seminars and training will increase dealers’ knowledge, satisfaction, engagement and loyalty.
Last year, Apollo Tyres Malaysia successfully organised a Taiping Tyre Training event on 7th September and a Swee Seng Seminar on 26th September. Both events received good response from the dealers.
“The team spirit of our dealers and their sub-dealers has greatly increased,” said Victor Siew, General Manager, Apollo Tyres Malaysia. “We could see that they are motivated and we have created a vibe of ‘We are One Family’. The respective seminar and training sessions were also perfect occasions for us as well as our business partners – Taiping Tyre and Swee Seng sharing the knowledge about Apollo Tyres with their sub-dealers whilst enjoying mouth-watering delicacies and drinks.”
