MATRDS has held its 30th committee members’ (2021-2022) inauguration ceremony on 12th February.
The Malaysian Association of Tyre Retreaders & Dealers Societies (MATRDS) held its official 30th committee members’ (2021-2022) inauguration ceremony and Chinese New Year celebration dinner at the Oriental Pavilion Jaya 33, Petaling Jaya, Selangor on 12th February 2022.
The event was well attended by representatives from the state tyre associations, suppliers, guests and media.
“The tyre industry must keep pace with the times. To improve the competitiveness and technology of tyre servicing centres, MATRDS has decided to enhance member training in different states. MATRDS Skills Training Education Team will provide active support to the state associations, including render assistance in applying relevant training funds,” said the newly elected Chairman Tee Tau during the event.
Two years have passed since the onset of Covid-19, he continued, and with the beginning of the new year, the Malaysian tyre industry is still full of changes. Therefore, he urged the members to stay persistent to overcome the pandemic crisis together.....
