German GT team Black Falcon partners with Liqui Moly through 2030 to race in the Nürburgring Long-Distance Series and 24-hour event.
Team Liqui Moly by Black Falcon Set to Debut in 2026 NLS Season
Liqui Moly has announced a long-term partnership with Rhineland-Palatinate motorsport team Black Falcon, with the collaboration set to begin in the 2026 season.
The collaboration between Liqui Moly and Black Falcon will see the formation of Team Liqui Moly by Black Falcon, which will compete in the Nürburgring Long-Distance Series (NLS) and the 24-hour race in the Eifel region. The deal has been structured from the outset as a five-year agreement running until the end of 2030, with an option for both parties to extend the partnership.
“Black Falcon is one of the most successful German GT teams. This constant pursuit of excellence fits perfectly with our DNA,” Liqui Moly‘s Marco Esser said, referring to the Meuspath-based outfit’s numerous overall victories, class victories, and podium places on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and other international events.
Esser added that the Nürburgring holds particular significance for the partnership. “The ring stands worldwide for maximum pressure, technical excellence, emotions, and stories. Together, we want to write new stories there. And this is precisely where we want to make Liqui Moly tangible and bring our new claim ‘For the Drivers’ to life. It fits like a tyre on the rim,” he said.
Beyond on-track competition, the partnership will include the use of the Black Falcon Competence Centre as a hospitality, training, and events platform for customers and partners, alongside a broad brand presence for Liqui Moly.
Christoph Henkel, Managing Director of Black Falcon, said, “Liqui Moly is a strong, international partner and already at home in motorsport because of its products. We are very much looking forward to working together and to setting standards together on and off the track.”
