On September 9, 2025, Sailun held a groundbreaking ceremony in Tiexi District, Shenyang, for its Xin He Ping Project, a major autumn investment initiative. The facility is designed to produce 3.3 million all-steel radial tyres and 20,000 tons of off-road tyres annually.
CNY 2 billion project will produce 3.3 million all-steel radial tyres
Liu Hanjun, General Manager of Sailun (Shenyang) Tyre Co., Ltd., spoke at the event, noting that the project represents a CNY 2 billion investment. The intelligent production base is expected to deliver an annual output value of over CNY 3.2 billion and create more than 1,000 jobs once fully operational.
