Season 2 Is Hosted by SoFi Center in Florida

Tomorrow’s Golf League (TGL), the technology-driven indoor golf league backed by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, has begun its second season in the United States, as tyre maker Hankook deepened its commercial involvement with the league.

The league, presented by SoFi, opened Season 2 on December 28, 2026, at the SoFi Center in Florida, with Atlanta Drive GC facing New York Golf Club. Atlanta Drive won the inaugural TGL title last season and entered the opener with a 3-0 head-to-head record against New York.

TGL was co-founded by TMRW Sports, a venture backed by Woods and McIlroy, alongside sports executive Mike McCarley. The league has drawn attention thanks to its unique format, which blends simulated golf, live competition, and broadcast-focused entertainment.

From Season 2, Hankook Tire & Technology has become TGL’s founding partner and its first-ever official tyre partner. The company said it plans to promote its global “Hankook” brand across on-site LED displays, TV advertising, and live broadcasts throughout the season.

Matches are played at the SoFi Center, an indoor arena featuring a large simulator system combining a tee-shot screen with a reconfigurable putting and approach area. The playing surface uses hundreds of actuators to adjust contours hole by hole, replicating real course conditions in an arena setting.

Each team fields four PGA TOUR players, with up to three competing in any match. Games are contested over 15 holes, split between a nine-hole triples session and a six-hole singles session, with points-based scoring determining the winner. The league also incorporates broadcast-focused elements, such as a shot clock, live player microphones, and in-game scoring modifiers.

Season 2 features six teams: Atlanta Drive GC, New York Golf Club, Boston Common Golf, Jupiter Links Golf Club, Los Angeles Golf Club, and The Bay Golf Club. The competition will run through March 2026 with 15 regular-season matches before the playoffs.

“By aligning with TGL around the shared core value of technological innovation, the company aims to deliver a unique brand experience that connects mobility and sports for golf enthusiasts worldwide,” Hankook said.
