ZC Rubber showcased nine models from its Westlake and Tianli brands at Mining Indonesia 2025, held from 17 to 20 September in Jakarta, Indonesia, highlighting its off-the-road products.
The tyres on display included sizes 27.00R49, 24.00R35, 33.25R29, 29.5R25 and 12.00R24, covering applications for rigid, articulated, and wide-body dump trucks in both open-pit and underground operations.
From Westlake, the CB771 was the centrepiece. The model is available in sizes ranging from 14.00R20 to 24.00R35, designed for rigid and wide-body dump trucks. ZC Rubber noted its tread pattern is intended to improve traction on rough terrain, while the reinforced carcass supports retreading and the sidewalls provide added protection.
Meanwhile, Tianli displayed the 27.00R49 TUE402 as its main attraction. According to ZC Rubber‘s official release, the tyre is built with a high TKPH drive pattern for heat dissipation, compounds formulated for wear resistance, and a reinforced carcass to extend service life.
ZC Rubber also put a spotlight on its Indonesian manufacturing presence by displaying the 12.00R24 truck and bus radial tyre produced by its subsidiary, PT Matahari Tire Indonesia. The plant also produces 7.50R16, 10.00R20, 11.00R20 and 12.00R20 sizes, which the Chinese company positions as part of its globalisation strategy and localised production in Southeast Asia.
Looking ahead, ZC Rubber stated that it is expanding production capacity and broadening its portfolio across mining, transport, and construction segments. The tyre maker aims to offer a one-stop OTR tyre solutions that empower industries worldwide.
