Toyo Tires Malaysia has confirmed that the all-new Mitsubishi Xforce for the Malaysian market has been launched with the 225/50R18 (18-inch) Proxes CR1D equipped as the SUV’s original equipment (OE) tyres.

Toyo Tires Malaysia said the selection of the 18-inch Proxes CR1D as the sole OEM for the Mitsubishi Xforce reflects “a strong alignment between tyre engineering and vehicle dynamics”, tailored for Malaysian drivers.
“The continued selection of the Proxes CR1 by established automotive manufacturers underscores its growing recognition and strong confidence within the industry,” the company stated.
Developed using Toyo Tires‘ T-Mode and Nano Balance Technology, the Proxes CR1 family features a tread design capable of reducing road noise and providing stable handling and reliable grip in wet and dry conditions. The technologies incorporated in the tyre enhance overall driving confidence by ensuring consistent road contact and strong braking performance.
The Proxes CR1 and CR1 SUV tyres form Toyo Tires’ most comprehensive comfort-focused range in Malaysia, available in sizes from 14 to 20 inches for both passenger cars and SUVs.
