Fans of English Premier League side Chelsea FC in Malaysia will get a chance to meet the club’s legends – Didier Drogba, thanks for Yokohama.
Yokohama Brings Chelsea Legend Didier Drogba to Malaysia
Yokohama, official partner of five-time Premier League Champions and current FA Cup holders Chelsea FC, is bringing club legend Didier Drogba to Selangor, Malaysia on Saturday 8th December, 2018.
The unique fan event is fronted by Chelsea legend and Yokohama ambassador Drogba, who is admired by Chelsea and football fans across the world. Having won 12 major club trophies during his two spells at the club (2004-2012 and 2014-15), Drogba is seen as a true global superstar and an inspiration to millions around the world.
The main feature of the event would see fans having the opportunity to experience a special Q&A with Drogba, hosted by Astro SuperSport presenter Amanda Chaang. Fans would also be treated to a football freestyler show as well as have an opportunity to take photos throughout the event and share their experience on social media.
Yokohama and Chelsea would like to welcome all football fans and members of the public to this very special event with Drogba, which would take place at the Sunway Pyramid Mall in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Drogba, who scored more than 100 Premier League goals for Chelsea, won the Premier League title four times as a Blue as well as the Champions League in 2012, said: “I am very excited to visit Selangor with Chelsea and their partners, Yokohama. I’m really looking forward to seeing as many of the Chelsea FC fans in Selangor as possible.”
