Sumitomo Rubber’s Sensing Core Comes As Standard on Isuzu Forward

Sumitomo Rubber Industries has announced that its Sensing Core software technology has been adopted on Isuzu Motors’ Forward medium-duty truck range, with the vehicles going on sale on October 22, 2026. The specific function deployed is the Wheel Detachment Prediction Detection System, which comes as standard on Forward models with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 14.5 metric tonnes.
