Deestone Incentive Trip to Thailand
Deestone Tyres has established a firm foothold in Malaysia through the ‘tireless work’ of its strategic marketing and distribution partner, Cooperteams Distribution Sdn Bhd (also known as Deestone Tyres Malaysia). To recognise the efforts of its dealers in contributing to the success of building the Deestone brand in the local market, Cooperteams Distribution rewarded 60 Malaysian dealers with a 4-day 3-night dealer incentive trip to Thailand.
The group left doe Thailand on 13th October, 2016 and was received by a local guide in the customary ‘meet and greet’ welcoming ceremony. They then proceeded to a seaside resort city on the Gulf of Thailand by coach where they checked in to the beachfront Hua Hin Hilton Hotel.
At Hua Hin, the dealers visited several tourist attractions such as the PanSook sheep Farm - the first eco village in Thailand, the venezia Hua Hin and 3D Museum - a project inspired by Venice Italy, Thailand’s most beautiful train station the Hua Hin Railway Station and enjoyed a spot of shopping at Hua Hin night market.
On the second day, the dealers embarked for Bangkok where they stopped at the expansive Deestone Limited manufacturing facility, which houses 4 factories and has more than 6000 employees. The technical visit, seen as the most important part of the trip, included a basic product training seminar, after which the participants saw the Deestone production line and operations up close.
They were subsequently driven to the Bangkok Westin Hotel where the dealers adjourned for the night. The third day saw them visiting one of Bangkok’s many acclaimed tourist spots - the Damnoen Saduak floating market, followed by some free and easy time strolling about at the MBK Mall and Asiatique - a large open-air mall. The Deestone Malaysia Dealers left for KL the following day.
