Magna MB01 Tyres Performing in Indonesia

Magna's MB01 tyres are currently being mounted and fitted on a brand new ZMPC RTG at a new Makassar port in Indonesia.

These all cross ply constructed tyres are used for transporting thousands of containers. Due to the fact that the RTG is new, Magna Tyres doesn't yet have a performance. However the company offered their customer additional service offerings such as technical support to check if the tyres been mounted properly and gave the technical employees more knowledge about our tyres.

The Magna MB01 is designed for use on RTG’s, Straddle-carriers, Reach stackers and Container handlers running in all-round port handling conditions. Protection of the sidewall and optimal flotation are enhanced through the wide shoulder design. On top of this, the tread compound provides strong performance against cutting and abrasion.

Additionally the tyre has improved traction through a non-directional E3 tread design and the new improved technology of the high tech casing reduces heat build up.
