Taking the next step in its global expansion, ZC Rubber has acquired Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd (TUTRIC).

ZC Rubber Expands OTR Tyre Range

ZC Rubber is extending its OTR tyres offer worldwide. The manufacturer currently offers tyres for wheeled loaders, articulated and rigid dump trucks, port applications, underground mines, industrial and forklift operations. Acquiring TUTRIC will strengthen the company’s offer.

Zhongce Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., as a newly established wholly-owned subsidiary of ZC Rubber, starts operations on 1st April 2022, with the new company taking responsibility for the day-to-day business operations at the Tianjin factory. Henry Shen, President of Zhongce Rubber (Tianjin) Co Ltd stated, “Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd is the most professional manufacturer of special tyres in China, producing 6- to 63-inch tyres, with more than 2000 SKUs in its off high way application.”

Shen was delighted to announce that this acquisition will expand the ZC Rubber Group’s business into the radial agricultural tyre and giant OTR tyre segments. Henry Shen continued by stating, “ZC Rubber now has one of the largest ranges of Agricultural and OTR tyres available to our customers, as we hope to provide them with a one-stop solution for all their off-highway tyres.”

TUTRIC’s factory at Tianjin, established in 1985, covers an area of 480,000m2. With the new factory, it’s clear ZC Rubber is becoming a force to be reckoned with, especially with its branching into radial agricultural, flotation, and implement tyres, as well as OTR tyres, which will be manufactured at the Tianjin factory. Mr Shen Jinrong concluded that ZC Rubber’s goal is “to be the most respected tyre manufacture in the world” as it continues to work towards being the second-largest OTR factory in Asia and the within the top three global OTR tyre manufacturers soon.
