Pirelli has introduced the new Cinturato Rosso range, enhanced with the proprietary Seal Inside technology that equips the tyre with puncture-sealing capability, to the Malaysian market.

Engineered to deliver a balance of comfort, safety, and everyday practicality, the Pirelli Cinturato Rosso is suitable for modern saloons, crossovers, and SUVs. The tyre is available in the replacement market in sizes from 16 to 20 inches, with additional sizes to be announced in the future.
The new version of Cinturato Rosso is built on the original tyre’s focus on quietness, smooth handling, and comfort. While its fully grooved tread pattern and noise-reducing central rib design have been retained, an internal sealing layer has also been added for “greater peace of mind in daily driving and long-distance travel”.
“Seal Inside technology enables the tyre to maintain air pressure after punctures caused by external objects, allowing drivers to continue their journey without immediate roadside intervention,” Pirelli said.
The new Cinturato Rosso was developed using artificial intelligence to optimise design and material selection before undergoing virtual prototype testing. Pirelli said this method delivered enhanced performance in less time while reducing the need for physical prototypes.
“This efficient and precise development process not only accelerates innovation but also reinforces Pirelli‘s leadership in tyre technology,” the company stated.
