Stamford Tyres Malaysia, the sole distributor of Falken tyres in Malaysia, held a series of Falken Mini Booth Roadshow 2017 with its dealers. Organised from May to October at various shopping malls and hypermarkets in different states, the roadshow was a great success with the good turnout of visitors according to the company.
Falken Mini Booth Roadshow 2017 Draws a Large Crowd
The first roadshow was held from 8th to 13th May at NSK Trade City, Kuala Lumpur by STM Retails Cheras. This was followed by three roadshows in June; 7th to 9th at Berjaya Mega Mall in Kuantan by CS Kuantan, 14th to 16th at Subang Parade, Selangor by STM Retail Glanmarie and 17th to 23rd at KSL City, Johore Bahru by Sinwufu. Three roadshows in August; 1st to 6th at AEON Mall Klebang Ipoh by YF Meru, 14th to 20th at Aeon Seremban 2 Shopping Centre by Seremban Jaya 2 and 25th to 27th at AEON Big Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur by Eng Hing. Finally, there were three roadshows before the end of the year, from 26th to 27th September and 1st October by Ching Tyre at Setapak Central mall, Kuala Lumpur, 28th to 30th September by ASO, also at Setapak Central mall, Kuala Lumpur and 2nd to 8th October by Soon Jaya at Aeon Bandaraya Melaka in Melaka.
The Falken Mini Booth Roadshow was organised by Stamford Tyres to build awareness and promote its brands. This year roadshow was targeted mainly at end-users and that was why the company held it at various hypermarkets and shopping malls. It was seen as a marketing and sales support strategy that the company provided for its dealers to help them attract new customers and retain existing ones. In addition, visitors who uploaded a photo of themselves with any Falken branding or products and hashtag it received a special gift from the company. This was said to help increase Falken’s branding exposure in the social media.
