Situated at Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur SKG Tyre Autocare (KL) Sdn Bhd has been carrying Lassa Tyres’ signage since July 2019.

“Lassa Tyres is an ambitious worldwide brand that is gearing up to grow further in the international market with more than 80 countries and more than 6,000 sales points. However, it is still quite a new brand here in Malaysia due to its late entry compared to other brands that have been here for many years,” said Alfred Teh.
He admitted that they need to make extra efforts to sell the brand to their customers. To do that, they need to know the brand and its product well. “Customers want to be educated about the brand and its products and benefits, which requires time and hard work. Customers also prefer to visualise the value of the brand and what products the brand offers. Apart from being descriptive, we found that Lassa Tyres’ YouTube channel helped aid the process. For instance, a video clip entitled ‘Manufactured by Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci: The company behind Lassa Tyres brand’, speaks a thousand words.....”

他承认，他们需要付出额外的努力来向客户推销这个品牌。为此，他们必须更深入地了解该品牌和其产品。 “我们需要花费时间和精力来教育客户有关这个品牌和产品带给他们的好处。客户则需要将该品牌的价值和其供应的产品形象化。除了描述性之外，我们还发现Lassa轮胎的YouTube 频道对这一过程有所帮助。例如，让客户观赏一个名为 ‘由Brisa Sabanci Bridgestone制造：Lassa轮胎品牌背后的公司’的视频，往往胜过千言万语......”
