Seremban-based Power Brake Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (PBM) is a strong supporter of Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City.
Power Brake Shows Support to Its Local Dealers
According to Business Development Executive Joe Ng, the company had participated in the show since its first edition. “At the moment, the Vietnamese market is not that big. However, with a population of nearly 100 million people, the second highest growth rate in the Southeast Asia auto market and business friendly policies that attract foreign investment, we believe that in the next 10 years, it would be huge. Thus, it is essential to lay a solid foundation for future business expansion.”
This year, PBM participated in the show together with its local dealer. Ng revealed that the company started exporting its products to Vietnam about six years ago, although not in big quantities.
“We are here to support our local dealer and customers,” he added.
PBM was established 15 years ago. Despite being the youngest player among the brake pad manufacturers in Malaysia, Ng stressed that the company was not the smallest in scale and its engineer had more than 30 years of experience in the industry……

据业务发展主管黄建宏表示，该公司自该展会第一次开办时就参加了。“目前的越南市场还没有那么大。但凭借着该国近亿人口、东南亚第二高的汽车市场增速以及吸引外资的营商政策，我们相信越南在未来10年将有巨大成长。因此，为未来的业务拓展打下坚实的基础至关重要。”
今年，PBM与当地的经销商一起参展。黄建宏透露，该公司大约六年前就开始将产品出口到越南，虽然数量不大。
“我们来这里是为了支持我们当地的经销商和客户。”他补充说。
PBM 成立于15 年前。尽管该公司是马来西亚最年轻的刹车片制造商，但黄建宏强调，该公司的规模并不是最小的，而且他们的工程师拥有超过30年的行业经验……..
